    • After booking your session through our website, you’ll receive a short form to share your intentions or current challenges.

  2. Pre-Session Energy Scan

    • Adrija will intuitively scan your energetic field before the session to personalize the healing experience.

  3. Live Energy Healing (20 min sessions, 3 or 5 times, once a week, depending on booking)

    • We connect over Zoom or WhatsApp Video. You lie down comfortably while soft music plays, and Adrija channels Reiki energy remotely. You may feel tingling, warmth, heaviness, or simply deep relaxation.


  4. Post-Session Insights

    • After the session, you’ll receive a detailed voice message or live feedback about your chakras, any blocks, visions received, and suggested practices to support integration.


How to Prepare for Your Online Reiki Session

  • Choose a Quiet, Comfortable Space: Lie down in a room where you won’t be disturbed. Light a candle or incense if that helps you relax.
